A.B.C. are the initials of the architect Antoni Bonet Castellana (Barcelona, 1913-1989), and the Casa de Estudios para Artistas (Buenos Aires, 1939) is his first completed work, a building that synthesizes his grammar of construction. The present publishing project is part of the exhibition Canòdrom 00.00.00 staged by the CoNCA to celebrate the conversion of the Canódromo Meridiana greyhound stadium (Barcelona, 1963) -also by Bonet- into an art centre. The idea of this book is to generate a dialogue between these two buildings, each of which marks a turning point in the life and work of Antoni Bonet. The Casa de Estudios para Artistas symbolizes the exile, and the greyhound stadium, the final homecoming to Catalonia.
